Our mission is to reduce barriers for individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity by providing outreach, food distribution, safe spaces, and one‑on‑one support that helps people access stability, services, and opportunities for growth.
What Makes Us Different
Our outreach model is relationship‑based and person‑centred. Our volunteers include registered social workers, social work students, and trained outreach workers who work one‑on‑one with individuals to help identify goals and navigate next steps at their own pace.
